Section 1. Name and Purpose

"Dog-Friendly Room" is a staying program for our guests to have comfortable resort stays wish their dogs which conform to conditions prescribed by KPG HOTEL & RESORT Inc., and Kafuu Resort Fuchaku Condo-Hotel("Our Hotel").

Section 2. location

"Dog-Frendly Room" is a room at Our Hotel condominium at 246-1 Shirifukuchihara, Aza Fuchaku, Onna-son, Kunigami-gun, Okinawa Prefecture.

Section 3. Operation and Management

"Dog-Friendly Room" is operated and managed by Our Hotel.

Section 4. Eligibility

You are entitled to use Dog-Friendly Room by acceptiong, filling out necessary metters in the separate sheet "Consent Form for Staying at Dog-Friendly Rooms" and fulfilling th conditions below by your accompanying dog.

1. You may stay with your dog(s) only. You may NOT stay with other animals.
2. Accompanying dogs must be litter-trained and must be sufficiently trained not to cause disturbance to other guests, including, but not limited to, by unnecessary barking or snatching.
3. Accompanying dogs per room must be limited to 2 small or medium dogs or 1 large dog.
4. Accompanying dogs must have received a rabies and virally-transmitted disease inoculation (compound vaccination for 5 or more types) 2 or more weeks prior to arrival and within 1 year prior to arrival.
5. You must submit a copy of a medical certificate to certify the inoculation described above at the time of booking.
6. Accompanying dogs must be at least 4 months old.
7. Accompanying dogs must be disinfected for parasites, including, but not limited to fleas and ticks prior to your visit.
8. Accomanying dogs must NOT be in their estrus period (within 4 weeks from the commencement of menstruation) or pregnant.

Section 5. Regulations

Please follow the regulations described below during your stay at Our Hotel.

• Please do NOT bathe or shampoo your dog in a guest room tub. You may use shower area only.
• Please do NOT let your dog sit or sleep on human furniture.
• Please wipe your dog's feet after returning from outside area.
• Please let our reception desk know your convenient time fore our housekeeping services.We connot offer our housekeeping services while your dog is unattended in your room.
• Please exercise all due caution to ensure that your dog does NOT cause any damages to our facilities, including, but not limited to, our hotel building and furniture. Any damages caused by your dog will be charged.
• Please do NOT perform grooming, including, but not limited to trimming or brushing on the balcony or on the walking area. Please dispose of wastesm including, but not limited to combings made by trimming or brushing in your room and be sure to keep the windows closed.
• In case of any waste excretin at any place other than your room toilet, please promptly dispose of the waste in a hygienc manner. In case of any waster excretin in a common area, please inform your nearest hotel staff.
• When going outside with your dog, be cautious of vehicles around the hotel and be certain to use a leash to avoid disturbing other guests or neighbors.Please be responsibility for any dog excrement and dispose of it proerly into a sanitary container at our garbage collection area.
• Please refrain from letting your dog enter hotel facilities (including, but not limited to, hotel buidings, access ways, or chapels) other than your room and courses designated by the hotel.

Section 6. Method for Reservatins

If you wish to stay at a Dog-Friendly Room, please fill and fax us the separate sheet "Counsent Form for Staying at Dog-Friendky Rooms" with an attachment of a copy of a medical certificate of inoculation.

Section 7. Restrictions on Number and Size of Accompanying Dog(s)

Accompanying dogs per room must be limited to 2 small or medium(a length up to 40cm)dogs or 1large dog. Your accompanying dog must be small enough to stay in a cage fixed in the room at Our Hotel.

Section 8. Method for Utilization

Dog-Friendly Rooms are for advance reservations only.

Section 9. Liability for Damages.

You are liable for damages caused by your dog against anything of Our Hotel, including, but not limited to buildings, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or trees. If your dog causes any damages to Our Hotel or any third party, you are liable for such damages.Our Hotel will NOT be liable for any damages caused by your dog against other guests nr any damages/injuries of your dog caused by an accident.

Section 10. Privacy Policy

Our Hotel complies with Private Informaiton Protection Law and related laws of it.We establish management system regarding protectin of private information, and notifying Our Hotel employees as best as we can. Also, Our Hotel shall not disclose your private information given by you to any third party without your consent unless there is a justifying reason for disclosure.
