【重要】予約システム変更に伴う公式ホームページからのご予約の変更・キャンセル方法について（4/1以降）

平素より、カフー リゾート フチャク コンド・ホテルをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

予約システム変更に伴い、2026年3月31日までに公式ホームページよりご予約いただいたお客様につきましては、
2026年4月1日以降、ホームページ上からのご予約変更・キャンセル手続きができなくなります。

恐れ入りますが、4月1日以降のご変更・キャンセルにつきましては、
お電話またはメールにてご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。

なお、2026年4月1日以降に公式ホームページよりご予約いただいたお客様につきましては、
ホームページ上にてご予約の変更・キャンセルが可能です。

※旅行予約サイト（楽天トラベル・じゃらん・Booking.com等）からのご予約につきましては、
ご予約いただいたサイトよりお手続きください。

Important Notice: Changes to Modification and Cancellation Procedures for Reservations
Made via the Official Website (From April 1)

Thank you for your continued patronage of Kafuu Resort Fuchaku Condo Hotel.

Due to a change in our reservation system, reservations made through our official website by March 31,
2026 will no longer be eligible for modification or cancellation online from April 1, 2026.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation after April 1, please contact us by phone or email.
Please note that reservations made through the official website on or after April 1,
2026 can still be modified or canceled online.

Reservations made through online travel agencies (such as Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Booking.com, etc.) must be modified or canceled through the website where the reservation was made.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
